- How do I care for my candle?

- Why do my burn times vary?
Candle maintenance is imperative to maximizing your burn time. Trim wick after each usage. Never let burn for more than three hours, and extinguish with a lid or snuffle for optimal performance.
- How often should I change my reeds and diffuser oil?
Place reeds in the oil. The more reeds used the more fragrance omitted. We recommend starting with five and going up from there to all eight. Rotate reeds once a week until scent disappears. Replace reeds as needed. Oil should last up to five months.
- What is your return policy?
We work hard to produce the best quality product possible. No returns are accepted.
- What if my product is received damaged?
Please send a photo within a couple of days of receiving the product to spritfragrances@gmail.com, and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
